Our Rigorous Recruitment & Training Process
Every driver recruited by T.T.S 24-7:
- takes written driving assessments (including questions on Working Time Directive, Road Transport Regulations and questions on best driving practice)
- is vetted by a thorough recruitment process
- is reference checked
T.T.S 24-7 also put all of their drivers through an on road assessment with qualified trainers (from our sister company CTTS). Each driver goes out in full size kit for this assessment.
They will also show each driver how to carry out full and thorough vehicle checks and how to undertake a general good practice overview of a vehicle.
We hold training records for all of our drivers and re-assess them every 6 months.
